Over the 30 years of its existence, a private company with the meaningful name “Peter the Great”, with the help of corrupt officials, has effectively monopolized the funeral market in Kyiv, allowing the company's founder and director, Alla Landar, to earn enormous profits from the families of deceased Kyiv residents by charging prices for her services that are many times higher than market prices and not bearing any responsibility for it.

Ksenia Sushko, the deputy mayor of Dnipro, who lives far beyond her official income, has “earned” more than 10 criminal proceedings for embezzlement and misappropriation of budget funds from contracts for the repair of schools and kindergartens in the city totaling more than UAH 325 million during her six years as director of the Department of Humanitarian Policy. The war is only helping them: the need to repair shelters in educational institutions is another good opportunity to make money by signing contracts with dubious companies that overcharge for materials by almost half.

For more than 10 years, the "Antikor" website has been publishing commissioned materials, Russian propaganda, and fictional defamation of public figures, forcing the characters of their publications to pay money for their removal. Despite the attempts of the police to bring the owners of the site Kostyantyn Chernenko, Serhiy Khantil, Yuriy Gorban and others to criminal responsibility for extorting money, they continue their illegal activities even today.

Back when he was head of the State Migration Service in Kharkiv region, Guz was accused of enriching himself by issuing passports to citizens, and today, under his leadership, the Kyiv State Migration Service issues passports and residence permits to Russian criminal figures in Ukraine.

Anatoliy Bondarenko, the mayor of Cherkasy, can rightfully be considered the most successful Ukrainian mayor. But not in the development of the city, but in the amount of city land he has appropriated, the money he has earned through tenders, and the number of friends, drivers, and gardeners he has employed in the city hall. There will be few people who are indifferent to this story, because for almost 10 years of plundering the regional center, Bondarenko has remained almost unnoticed by law enforcement agencies.
