In August 2024, detectives of the Bureau of Economic Security opened criminal proceedings against the blogger and owner of the Traffic Devils company Oleksandr Slobozhenko, who was suspected of not paying taxes in particularly large amounts – over UAH 231 million. BEB detectives seized<\/a> eight of Slobozhenko’s sports cars and several of his apartments in Kyiv. This situation forced us to pay attention to other personalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A young 26-year-old from Kharkiv, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko, was serving guests of Kharkiv bars and hookah bars a couple of years ago, and today he spends hundreds of thousands of dollars on luxury sports cars, foreign trips, private plane rentals and expensive real estate in the capital. He withdraws his income to the end of unclear origin in cryptocurrency, thereby hiding it from the state and not paying taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As it turned out, during martial law, it is possible to avoid not only military service in the Armed Forces, but also the payment of taxes, which are so necessary for the country to maintain its defense. As a result, you can “buy” yourself a deferment from the army and live your “better” life with unpaid taxes. Travel by private planes, change the most expensive foreign cars according to your mood and buy apartments in elite residential complexes of the capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

26-year-old Kharkiv resident Vladyslav Myroshnychenko: from hookah bar worker to dollar millionaire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We decided to find out who these new millionaires are, who are living their young years in a country at war so bravely, and discovered that law enforcement has not yet caught sight of another interesting character who, at the age of 26, has \u201ctaken off\u201d from an ordinary hookah bar worker to a dollar millionaire in just two years of full-scale warfare, boasting about his luxurious life on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are talking about Vladislav Myroshnychenko, a native of Kharkiv and a friend of Oleksandr Slobozhenko: according to Vlad’s Instagram page<\/a>, they celebrated his birthday together in the Carpathians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The way of life of Myroshnichenko is not much different from the lifestyle of his “colleagues in the workshop”: the same luxurious trips abroad, the same ultra-expensive sports cars, and so on. The only thing that distinguishes them is that Vlad hides his face in all the photos he posts on the Internet. But we managed to find a photo of him without his face blurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some two or three years ago, Vladyslav Myroshnichenko was the most ordinary young guy from Kharkiv, from an ordinary family, who lived in an ordinary apartment in a panel building on Merefyanskyi Shosse – on the outskirts of the city near the industrial zone. His previous personal mobile number in the Getcontact application is signed by telephone subscribers as follows: “Vlad Barmen Metropol”, “Vlad Chill Out”, “Vlad Okhrannoe Agenstvo Masky”, “Vlad Letopark Konkurenty”, “Vlad Infiniti Bar Stazh”. Chill Out<\/a>, Infinity<\/a> and Litopark<\/a> are the names of Kharkiv bars and hookah bars where 23-year-old Vladyslav Miroshnychenko worked at that time. Until there was a full-scale war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As soon as the war started, according to Osint Global, the boy left Kharkiv and stayed in Transcarpathia for about four months – until July 2022. After spending the first months in the “quietest” region, Vlad moved to Kyiv, where a completely different life began for him. The usual “panel” changed to the elite residential complex “French Quarter 2”, and instead of public transport, the boy started to see brand new luxury cars one by one. First, the 2020 BMW X6 at about $85,000, followed by the 2023 Porsche Cayenne at $140,000<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, on January 26, 2024, Myroshnychenko bought a brand new 2023 BMW M3 for $133,500, and then a 2024 Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG for another $280,000<\/a>. During the two years of the war, the former bartender and hookah player purchased only cars for a total of almost 650 thousand US dollars, which at today’s exchange rate is almost 27 million hryvnias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And these are only cars. Having lived for a while in a rented apartment in the “French Quarter”, in October 2023, Vladyslav purchased an apartment with an area of \u200b\u200b105 square meters in the capital’s no less elite residential complex “Triiinity” and, according to data from the Register of Real Estate Rights, issued it to his mother, Olga Myroshnychenko . The cost of such an apartment in this residential complex is currently around<\/a> 350,000 USD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Later, in November 2023, Myroshnychenko bought and arranged for himself two parking spaces in the same residential complex “Triiinity” of 18 square meters each at a cost of approximately 68 thousand dollars. There are a lot of cars, so you have to park them somewhere. Thus, in a short period of time, 26-year-old Vladyslav Myroshnychenko spent<\/a> approximately 480,000 dollars on the purchase of real estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also spent at least $297,000 on a Richard Mille<\/a> watch and another $30,000 on a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona<\/a>, which he flaunted to his followers on Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vladyslav’s girlfriend, 23-year-old Polina Polozenko, also demonstrates a generally luxurious life on her Instagram<\/a>, travels a lot, wears brand-name items and wears precious jewelry from Tiffany, Cartier, Van Cleef and accessories from Gucci and Louis Vuitton. At the same time, she registered her FOP with the activity of computer programming only on April 5, 2024, and during these 5 months it has not yet brought her any profits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Given that the girl does not work anywhere, her newly created FOP does not bring profits, she has no other clear sources of income, then, more than likely, she receives an expensive car, jewelry and branded items from her boyfriend Vladyslav Myroshnychenko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where does the guy who just recently earned money from tips in a bar come from? Maybe one of the relatives got rich dramatically? Isn’t it? The boy’s mother, 47-year-old Olga Myroshnychenko, only in April of this year, at her place of residence in Kharkiv, registered a sole proprietorship<\/a> with the activity of retailing clothes in specialized stores, and, according to photos from her page<\/a> on the social network Facebook, she gives the impression of an ordinary modest woman who cannot financially afford to buy an apartment for 350 thousand dollars in the center of Kyiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps Vladyslav’s brother, 22-year-old Stanislav Myroshnychenko, achieved some success? But no, Stanislav, like his brother once recently, also works as a hookah bar in Kharkiv bars. This is evidenced by the signatures of his mobile number in the telephone books of subscribers: “Stas Hookahs, “Stas Hookah of KhTZ”, “Stas Myroshnychenko brother Vada”, “Hookahs in Letopark”, “Brother Kropa (hookah)”, “Hookah Letopark”. Also, it turns out, in the same bar “Litopark” where Vladyslav worked. According to the data of the Register of Real Property Rights, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko’s brother does not own real estate or cars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, what is the secret of the success of a guy from an ordinary family, who suddenly had more than 1.5 million dollars just for the purchase of cars, real estate and expensive watches? This is not counting visits to expensive restaurants and expensive trips abroad on private jets, which he flaunts on his Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Osint Global, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko made as many as eight foreign trips during martial law and restrictions on the departure of conscripts. So, among other things, in February-March 2023, he was in the United Arab Emirates. From July 7 to 19, 2023 \u2014 in Barcelona, \u200b\u200bSpain. From December 9 to 16, Vladyslav spent a week in the Czech Republic and Austria, then the New Year holidays from January 4 to 14, 2024 \u2014 in Switzerland, where he flew with his girlfriend and friends in a private helicopter in the Alps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another month later, he flew again to the UAE, where he rested for three weeks from February 17 to March 7. And so, from April 22 to August 29, 2024, for more than four months, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko traveled to Saudi Arabia, France, Moldova, Cyprus, Italy, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, and Switzerland. It is not possible to find legal grounds for his vacation trips to the countries of Europe and the Middle East. Probably, like many of his friends, Vladyslav was able to acquire a certificate of unfitness for military service, thanks to which he lives his “better life”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How much does Vladyslav Myroshnychenko officially earn?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It’s all about costs. Now let’s look at the boy’s official income – where it comes from and whether it matches these unthinkable expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As is known from the data of open registers, after moving to Kyiv on September 13, 2022, Vladyslav registered a sole proprietorship<\/a> with as many as 35 types of activities \u2014 from bread production, restaurant business, activities of sports clubs and advertising agencies to computer programming, which is chosen as the main type of activity. What exactly does Myroshnychenko really do? According to our data, all this time his FOP cooperated only with other FOPs, the main activity of which is mainly the field of restaurant business and mobile catering. But at the same time, we did not find any evidence that 26-year-old Myroshnychenko is really engaged in the restaurant business, and therefore we make a reasonable conclusion that all operations and all agreements, according to which money passed through this FOP, are fictitious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And this fact proves it. The income of FOP Myroshnychenko Vladyslav Yuriyovych in 2022 amounted to 694,000 UAH (18,980 US dollars), in 2023 – 5,216,346 UAH (138,900 US dollars), and in 2024, as of September – only 4,000 UAH (100 US dollars) ). The amount of profit received in 2023 almost exactly coincides with the amount that Myroshnychenko spent on the purchase of two parking spaces in the “Triiinity” housing complex \u2014 $137,240. There is no need to confirm your income to buy cars, but in order to pass financial monitoring when paying for the purchase of real estate, you need to somehow confirm the origin of your money. Which is probably what Myroshnychenko did, “chasing” this money through his FOP, concluding fictitious agreements with other FOPs, supposedly for the services of restaurants and mobile meals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, you must agree, somehow a relatively “successful” FOP in 2023 with a profit of more than UAH 5 million in 2024 for some reason earns only $100. It is also surprising that 2024 is more than fruitful for Vladyslav’s expenses: he bought two super-expensive cars for himself and another one for his girlfriend. And according to his earnings, it turns out that he has been living on $100 for 9 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The discrepancy between income and expenses of the former bartender today reaches at least 1.4 million US dollars. In other words, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko spends 10 times more than he earns. This, again, does not include his expenses for foreign trips with private planes and helicopters, which he posts pictures of on his Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Vladislav Miroshnichenko created the fictitious company Mirror Reflection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

So, if the FOP was created only for fictitious legalization of money, then where did it come from? In the description of the nobodyknows.satoshi<\/a> Instagram account belonging to Vladyslav, there is a link to another page called Mirror Reflection<\/a>, a project that sells courses on cryptocurrency trading, that is, buying and selling cryptocurrency for profit. According to open data, Myroshnychenko created this company in March 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the project website<\/a>, you can choose and buy one of several courses: for beginners in the world of cryptotrading, the Crypto from Zero course for $399, a 1×1 course for $4999 for those who want to have their own personal mentor who will accompany them throughout the entire period of learning to work with cryptocurrency, and a subscription to Networks is also sold for $99 per month, where you can receive information from experienced traders on how to better behave in the cryptocurrency market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is, in other words, the project deals with the sale of educational services. In the website’s public offer contract, it is specified that the provision of services, the list of which is posted on the website, is provided by Industrial Retail LLC. The director and sole founder of this LLC is our hero Myroshnychenko Vladyslav Yuriyovych, and the address of the company’s registration is the address of that Kharkiv apartment near the industrial zone in which Vladyslav, his mother and brother are registered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what is interesting. This LLC, according<\/a> to OpendataBot data, was called Kohnivsky Karier LLC in January 2024, the main activity of the company is still the wholesale trade of wood. According to the report, 1 person works in the company – that is, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko himself, and the company’s profit for 2023 was as much as 0 hryvnias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But at the same time, Vladyslav positions Mirror Reflection as a successful company that has at least two offices – in the Pechersk district of Kyiv and in Spain. He published photos of these offices on his Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, as it turned out, all this is the same fiction as FOP Myroshnichenko. The Mirror Reflection office in Pechersk actually turned out to be the Vostok Bank office at 26 Lesya Ukrainka Boulevard, whose sign Myroshnychenko simply changed in Photoshop to the logo of his project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the posted photo of what appears to be the Mirror Reflection office in Spain is actually a photo of the Bike Center Astoria bike shop in Spain, the sign of which is also simply redrawn in the photo editor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is, in reality, there are no offices at Mirror Reflection, and Vladyslav Myroshnychenko only misleads his subscribers, creating the image of a legal and successful businessman. And if he really earns from the sale of cryptotrading training courses, then this money definitely somehow goes past Industrial Retail LLC, which has no registered employees. So Myroshnychenko does not pay any taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vladyslav Myroshnychenko’s friends: an athlete and a domestic abuser who suddenly became businessmen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There is another company where Vladyslav Myroshnychenko is a co-founder together with a number of other people. This is “Ikigai Group” LLC<\/a>, with the main activity of leasing and operating own or leased real estate. Together with Myroshnychenko, the co-founders of the company are Yevgeny Trusov, Mykhailo Uvarov, Oleksandr Gorkushin, Vitaly Dukhopelov and Maksym Yakupov. The company was founded recently – on February 20, 2024, the authorized capital today is 16 million 530 thousand UAH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Probably, this company is also fictitious, because there are no financial statements, no information on profits. But the characters of its co-founders are interesting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, 30-year-old Trusov Yevhenii Vyacheslavovych from Kharkiv. According to the media<\/a>, it is known that he is an international master of sports in rugby league, a player of the national team of Ukraine, a European champion and a multiple champion and winner of the Cup of Ukraine in rugby league.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, judging by his Instagram<\/a> page, until 2020 he worked as a rehabilitator, engaged in the treatment of scoliosis and body correction. And the signatures of his mobile number in the phone books of subscribers indicate that he also worked as a security guard at the Altbir<\/a> restaurant in Kharkiv, a driver, forwarder, trainer and rehabilitator at the medical center of Dr. Bubnovsky in Kharkiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, in addition to others, such tags of his number in GetContact as “Zhenya Ofis Hark” and “Zhenya Ofisy” are interesting, because taking into account the fact that Evgeny devoted his life to a sports career from childhood, worked as a security guard, driver, rehabilitator and coach , these signatures seem suspicious because none of the listed professions involve working in offices. We will talk about what the “Offices” tags can mean a little later. In the meantime, let’s pay attention to what Trusov is doing after the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On September 13, 2022, Yevhen Trusov registered his FOP<\/a> with the main activity of computer programming. Exactly on the same day, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko also registered his FOP with exactly the same type of activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, on October 18, 2023, Trusov founded Bilyardna LLP<\/a>, which, according to the registers, is engaged in the activities of restaurants and the provision of mobile food services. It is so engaged that there are still no registered employees and, according to the financial statements for 2023, this LLC did not bring any income. On February 10, 2023, Trusov also became the founder of the 1654 Foundation charity, on May 11, 2024, he became one of the founders and beneficiaries of Eco Sapropel LLC<\/a>, which produces fertilizers and nitrogen compounds. But that’s not all. On June 7, 2024, Yevhen Trusov founded another LLC “Community Cloud Keeper” with the activity of advertising agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Such a number of companies registered by the athlete and bodyguard Trusov with such a “flight” of types of their activities, and a charitable fund in addition – all this suggests that all these enterprises are fictitious, and most likely, they were created for the further legalization of unofficial profits .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exactly three days before Vladyslav Myroshnychenko and Yevhenii Trusov simultaneously registered their FOPs, on September 10, 2022, another co-founder of Ikigai Group LLC, Vitaly Dukhopelov, also from Kharkiv, who recently, according to data from the Property Register rights to real estate, is the owner of two garages No. 114 and No. 115, in one of the most expensive residential complexes “Bulvar Fontaniv” in Kyiv. The main KVED of his FOP is the activity of restaurants, providing mobile food services. Probably, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko, in particular, makes deals with his FOP<\/a> in order to pump money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, on November 8, 2023, an associate of Myroshnichenko founded LLC “Success Ads”, the main activity of which is advertising agencies. According to the company’s financial statements, it is unprofitable. Nevertheless, the guy has a 2021 Audi SQ8 car, which costs between 80 and 100 thousand US dollars today, and which, according to Osint Global, he gave to Vladyslav Myroshnychenko in February 2023 to travel abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the most interesting person among Myroshnichenko’s entourage is another co-founder of Ikigai Group LLC – a 39-year-old native of the Murmansk region of the Russian Federation, Kharkiv resident Mykhailo Uvarov, nicknamed “The Frenchman”. Like Myroshnychenko, Trusov and Dukhopelov, on September 13, 2022, he registered a sole proprietorship with the main activity of computer programming. Like other friends, he also did not remain without his company, registering Impact Innovation LLC on June 5, 2024 with the same type of activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uvarov has a very rich background. At the end of 2018, Mykhailo, who at that time still had the surname Kuritsyn (which he changed to Uvarov in 2021), was declared wanted by the police on suspicion of committing a large-scale theft together with his accomplice. In 2019, the Dzerzhinsky District Court of the city of Kharkiv considered criminal proceedings No. 12018220480004858 and No. 12019220510000478 accusing Uvarov and his partner of committing crimes under Part 4 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The court case lasted two years, after which Kuritsyn changed his surname to Uvarov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As some media reported<\/a>, at that time Uvarov, who was involved in car robberies, boasted in conversations with friends that he had bribed the judge in the amount of 10,000 dollars. Judging by the fact that he never ended up in prison, but became one of the co-founders of Vladyslav Myroshnichenko’s company as a result, this seems to be true. In any case, he apparently did not bear real responsibility for the crimes committed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Mykhailo Uvarov is also known in Kharkiv for having committed domestic violence against his wife Kateryna Uvarova. In December 2021, an incident was caught on video by passers-by<\/a> when Uvarov’s BMW X5 stopped in the middle of the road on Svobody Square in Kharkiv, and his wife shouted “Let go!” from the open door to the entire street, trying to escape from her husband’s hands. Then, in February 2022, Kateryna Uvarova recorded and distributed on the network a video appeal<\/a> calling for help in punishing Mykhailo Uvarov for the violence and threats he makes against her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Who can help in the fight against domestic violence? I’ve been in this situation for 5 years, and I can’t run away, because they can kill or maim me for it, as he promises to do all these years,” Kateryna Uvarova said to the camera at the time. The police then responded and detained<\/a> Uvarov at the kindergarten, where he had come to pick up the children.
